This new, electronically-controlled Boost Cooler water/methanol injection systems can effectively cool your engine’s intake charge, resulting in more power and cooler EGT’s.

Stage I systems are designed for towing/mild performance applications, making under 350 horsepower and/or 25 psi boost. Includes a 150 psi pump, reservoir, variable controller, check valve and everything else you’ll need for a complete installation.

Stage II systems are designed for applications making over 350 horsepower and/or over 25 psi boost. These systems incorporate a high pressure, high-volume pump and a Heavy Duty Variable Controller (25 to 100 psi).

The Boost Cooler’s atomized mixture not only cools the incoming air, the methanol becomes an additional fuel source, resulting in more power. In BD’s own testing, power increases of up to 70 rear wheel horsepower were achieved, while EGT levels dropped as much as 250 degrees.
