• There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise.
• The return must be within 30 days of the original invoice date.
• The item must be in the original packaging and the packaging must be in new condition.
• Some items are "Special Order" and therefore are non-returnable.
• Customer must call for a "Return Authorization" before returning products for a refund.
• Midwest Fuel Injection is not responsible for refund of freight charges.
• Midwest Fuel Injection is not responsible for return freight.
• All parts must be in new condition. If part has been installed on the vehicle or has been used in any way the part can not be returned.
• Any orders including, but not limited to, special order items that are cancelled after the parts have been ordered or built may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
